30-Day Return Policy

At Oxford Medical Instruments Australia, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging with all the tags intact.
  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalised goods.
  • Sale items (if applicable).
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

3. Making a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@oxfordmedicals.com.au to notify us that you wish to return your product.
  • Provide your purchase order and evidence of the condition of your item.
  • Follow the instructions provided by our team to package and send your item back to our warehouse.

 

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@oxfordmedicals.com.au.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@oxfordmedicals.com.au and send your item to the designated return address.

7. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
